HOW TO ORDER WITH AGENT
To place an order with your agent, please provide them the product link from our yupoo, or with the link below the product name, including the color and size details. Ensure that the link is from KOG-AGENT.COM.
The price in CNY (Chinese Yuan) is indicated on the item's name in ''RMB''.
All prices shown in RMB are already updated for agent orders and include a 5% discount from our website prices. The currency conversion is based on XE.com rates.
The price does not cover shipping fees to the agent's warehouse. Please add 10 rmb extra for shipping fees to your agent's warehouse (1.5$ = 10RMB).
Please note that you should make the payment to your agent directly, and they will take care of the rest. Once we receive their payment, we will need approximately 3 days to prepare your coat and conduct a second quality check. Usually, the item arrives at your agent's warehouse on the 3rd day.

FOR SIZING
Please consult our size chart, which is available on each product album. We generally recommend sizing up from US or EU sizes since our products are Asian sizes.
RETURN AND EXCHANGE
Before shipping to your agent, we conduct two quality checks on our own. Please carefully review our YUPOO before placing an order, as you will receive the same product.
For classic badge styles, please refer to our album ''UPDATED BADGE''. We will only accept returns if there is a flagrant flaw on the badge.
Please be aware that the fur used is real coyote fur, and we cannot control its texture, shape, or color since it comes from animals. We ask for your understanding in this matter and cannot accept it as a reason for exchange or refund.
We do not accept returns or exchanges after 7 days, counting from the day your agent receives the item.
Requests for returns and exchanges should be directed to your agent only and must include pictures of the coat, a description, and the reason for the request. We reserve the right to refuse an exchange or refund if we find that the coat meets our standards based on our YUPOO pictures.
In the event that you still request a return or exchange after our inspection with the agent, a 150RMB fee will be charged (shipping and treatment fees).
If we made a mistake regarding the style, color, or size, we will provide a free replacement. Please accept our apologies in such cases.
